Has also been leading herself in various training projects by contributing to Skill India Projects under Government of India.

Mr. Gupta is an MBA in Finance & Marketing with a work experience of 11 years in the field of skill development projects. He provides inputs in strategic planning which helps in identifying new streams for long-term revenue growth with maintaining relationships with the customer base.
Mr. Deep Chand Gupta has a total work experience of 40 years in the field of work with PWD for the construction of Roads & Bridges. He has been taking a keen interest in managing relations with people from various fields and has helped tremendously in the growth of the organization. His negotiation skills through his leadership qualities are always of great help in understanding the future building up of the organization.
Dr. Raju is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a CS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). As a professional Cost Accountant, Dr. Raju has more than 24 years of experience, he is also an Insolvency Professional (IP) and a government-approved Registered Valuer (RV) in Securities or Financial Assets (SFA).
Teacher by Passion, speaker by preference, a motivator, and a writer; Dr. Raju is a well-known face among the valuers of India and abroad and is very active with AaRVF’s webinars along with many other organisations.
Saurabh Gupta is an MBA (HR & Finance) professional with a track record of accomplishments in management consulting and business development. He has been the lead facilitator in company growth and helped management to adopt measurable strategies and implement execution plans. His entrepreneurial skills, understanding of human behaviour, and motivational philosophy help him to solve complex problems with ease. Currently working as a CEO with G&G Skills Developers Pvt. Ltd and as an Independent Director with AaRVF, He is helping the organizations in improving their strategies. He has a proven track record of developing professional talent and boosting organizational morale. His amiable personality and confident communication skills have allowed him to lead multi-national teams.
Mr. Sandip Kumar Deb is known as the “Global Face of Indian Valuation”. He is the first Indian Valuer to be selected as a member of prestigious Tangible Assets Board of the International Valuation Standards Council. Mr. Deb is the Vice President of International Virtual Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. He is also the Vice President of The Institution of Engineers (India) for the year 2021-2022 and was the President of American Society of Civil Engineers – India Section during 2019-2021. Having undergraduate degree or equivalence in Civil Engineering, Law, Valuation and Building & Quantity Surveying as well as Post Graduate Degree in Land & Building and Plant & Machinery Valuation, he has finally chosen Valuation as his profession and passion. For more than 25 years, Sandip has been practicing valuation in India, Bangladesh and Nepal as a professional valuer as well as a valuation academician. Mr. Sandip K Deb is an International Land Consultants to Asian Development Bank. Sandip provides on-line valuation education to his global students through “Valuation Pathshala”.
