MOU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation (AaRVF), India, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has been signed on the 15th of September 2023, marking a significant milestone in the real estate valuation and professional development sector.

Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation is a non-profit organization under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 created to make valuation education accessible and affordable to all aspirants in India and to enable them to practice valuation as Registered Valuers.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a global professional body that promotes and enforces the highest international standards in the valuation, management, development, and use of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure. With over 150,000 qualified members and professionals around the world, RICS ensures transparency, integrity, and ethics in the built environment profession.
