MOU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation (AaRVF), India, and the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers (USOA) has been signed on the 19th of May 2023.

Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation is a non-profit organization under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 created to make valuation education accessible and affordable to all aspirants in India and to enable them to practice valuation as Registered Valuers.

Ukrainian Society of Appraisers (USOA) is USOA is registered in the unified state register of Enterprises and organisations of Ukraine as a public organisation that unites appraisers, and has the status of a self-regulatory organisation of appraisers granted by the State Property Fund of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Valuation of Property and Professional Valuation Activities in Ukraine and which acts to develop the profession of registered appraisers and support the continuous professional growth of its members.

The MOU aims to provide training and education to professionals in the valuation field, allowing for the sharing of new methodologies, developments, and learnings between both countries. This will enable valuation professionals to stay informed and up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in the field, leading to increased levels of expertise and improved industry standards. The MOU seeks to foster collaboration between the two countries, advancing the valuation profession and promoting mutually beneficial relationships.
