MOU

This MOU is signed between the Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation (AaRVF), India, International Institute of Business Valuations (iiBV), Canada, and G&G Skills Developers Private Limited (G&G), India on this 06th Day of September 2022.

Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation is a non-profit organization under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 created to make valuation education accessible and affordable to all aspirants in India and to enable them to practice valuation as Registered Valuers.

The International Institute of Business Valuations (iiBV) is a not-for-profit business valuation professional organization that aims to develop quality professional education to promote consistently high standards of education and accreditation and to develop and deliver education courses to various professional organizations and valuation firms.

G&G Skills Private Limited is a fast-growing organization with 16+ years of experience in the field of industrial and vocational Skill training with different Ministries and Departments of India, impanelled with NSDC, and different SSC for providing training in the Construction Sector, Tourism & Hospitality Sector, Telecom Sector, and Healthcare Sector.

The purpose of this MOU is to impart basic, and advanced training programs for valuation professionals, including the designing of course structure. This MOU also covers the sharing of innovative approaches, breakthroughs, and lessons learned in both the nations' valuation fields.

We are confident that the prospects of all three organisations will improve because of this arrangement.
