AaRVF has been incorporated as a non-profit organisation under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It is a Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) with the registration number IBBI/RVO/2021/016.
